Reviews Paella Workshop

This was such a fun experience! You really bond with your group as you go through the entire process from buying the produce at the local market to sitting down together to eat the finished paella. The chef and the tour guide were super friendly and helpful. It was so relaxing and fun. And the paella was amazing!

Oscar, Jose and Cristina were superb hosts. We arrived to house with the most delicious tapas and Sangria already prepared for us to eat and drink (be ready to eat and drink A LOT!) Cooking the Paella was so much fun, and it was the most amazing meal. We couldn’t recommend this experience more! It was above and beyond our expectations.

Tours in Valencia offered us several types of paella cooking classes, as we had time to spend a day outside the city we chose for the paella class in a farmhouse. The class is set in a beautiful farmhouse location and they emphasize the authentic nature of the paella. The entire staff created a phenomenal experience. We would recommend this to anyone.

Suzie is terrific! She gave us a private tour of the central food market, which is a veritable Disneyland of food. We couldn't stop buying olive oil, chocolates and other items to take home as gifts. Then we went to our cooking class, which was conducted by a master comic and chef. Then we did a walking tour of the older part of the city, followed by the City of Arts and Sciences. For so short a time in Valencia, Suzie was formidable and a delight.
