Join us in the heart of El Cabañal for a hands-on experience where you’ll learn how to create three signature cocktails, each paired with a gourmet tapa designed to enhance the flavors of your drink.

Each cocktail is a twist on a classic – crafted with premium ingredients and paired with an elevated tapa for the ultimate tasting experience.

Negroni La Sastrería

Our house version of the classic Negroni, made with Aperol, gin, our signature vermouth infused with orange and a touch of ginger.
Paired with: Russian salad with smoked fish

Canyamelar Club

A refreshing gin-based cocktail with citrus notes and strawberries – ideal for gin lovers.
Paired with: Beef rib meatball with creamy parmesan

Almond 43

A smooth, indulgent drink made with Frangelico and the herbal sweetness of Licor 43.
Paired with: Truffle delight
