Where can you eat a really good and authentic paella in Valencia ?!
That’s a question we often get as guides. Gabriel, permanent guide from Tours in Valencia, will share his experience of one of his favourite restaurants with you; Restaurant Alqueria del Pou. We enjoyed the delicious paella, the view, the farm … now we would like to share our experience with you! Watch the video and get an impression of this delicious restaurant!
Tip: Combine this with our bike tour! On request we can end our bike tour at the restaurant, so after the bike tour you can enjoy a paella lunch!
La Alqueria del Pou
“La Alqueria” literally means farm and that is where this restaurant is located and what they want to convey. You would not believe when I tell you it is only 500 meters from the City of Arts and Sciences and you are already in the countryside. The property therefore corresponds to the traditional construction of a farm with the surrounding grassland. It is a unique location surrounded by peace and nature with a beautiful view.
From the kitchen of Alqueria del Pou they serve typical delicacies from Valencia, vegetables from the land and fresh seafood in the starters to different preparations of rice for the paella for the main course! And of course not to forget; desserts such as blueberry or orange pie. A wonderful place for an extensive lunch!
