Can I also book a wine tour with one person?

The wine tour is a private tour. With 1 person you can book the tour but the cost will be minimum 550 euro. If you book with a group the tour is much more affordable. Unfortanatly we do not have enough booking for an open wine tour yet. 

What is an optional reservation?

In case of an optional reservation, we will wait until you or we confirm. We confirm as soon as we have reserved a guide for the tour and a confirmation from the winery they can host us.  

Is there an open wine tour?

No we only host private wine tours. Unfortunately we do not have enough booking for an open wine tour yet. 

How can I book a private wine tour?

Please send us an email letting us know the date you would like to do the tour and with how many persons you are. We are happy to send you a proposal and adapt tours to your wishes. Be sure to send us an e-mail!

Can we also do a wine tour with a large group?

If you are going to Valencia with a large group (company/year club/etc.), please contact us for a quotation and a tailor-made tour. In addition to organizing the wine tour, we can also help with other tours, transfers etc. 

Will the wine tour continue when it rains?

The wine tour always continues. We only need to walk small distances and this is possible  with an umbrella or poncho (you can also buy these very cheap in Valencia).

Can the wine tour be done at a different time than indicated?

Yes we can but the best time to start would be 10.00. Mail us for the possibilities.

Can we also visit 2 wineries?

Yes we can but we won’t be able to visit the winery we usually visit probably as they take there time to show us around. I would highly recommend just visiting this one winery. 

Can we buy wine ourselves?

You can buy in the shop and we can also give you a list of their distributors in your country so you can order it from your home. 

Is the tour also suitable for people who are on a certain diet or can’t eat certain products? 

Yes, we try to make the tour suitable for everyone. If you can not have wine we think you might still enjoy the visit, but there won’t be other drinks. For the lunch menu we can communicate dietary wishes. Please let us know when you make your reservation.

Is the wine tour wheelchair accessible?

Yes, please let us know when making the reservation. 

We want to do the wine tour with children, is that possible and do they get a discount?

Children are allowed on the wine tour but honestly I do not think it is very enjoyable for them. Maybe we visit another winery with a train ride that makes the visit a bit more exciting for them. Every situation is different, you can mail us for the possibilities.

How long in advance do we have to book the tour? 

We advise you to book immediately if you know you want to do a tour. If you want to do a tour last minute, we will do our best to offer you one. Feel free to send us a Whatsapp (+34 644512221) we’ll try to answer you as fast as possible. 

What are the cancellation policies?

We understand the uncertainty that comes with travel and we offer a very flexible cancellation policy: For public tours: free cancellations and date changes (pending availability) up to 48 hours before your tour.

For private tours: free cancellations and date changes (pending availability) up to 14 days before your tour. If you’ve paid a deposit for your private tour, the deposit amount is non-refundable.
