A 10-course dinner consisting of delicious local dishes with matching (local) wines on the 33rd floor of the highest building in Valencia with the setting sun and a very nice company. It was an evening where everything was just right. We really enjoyed ourselves and were at least another week in the clouds because of this (unexpected) special experience.”
