Can I also book a bike tour with one person?
Yes you can, the open tours definitely take place with 4 people. If we don’t have other reservations yet, we will place an optional reservation for you. As soon as we receive additional bookings, we will confirm the reservation. If you are flexible with the days, we will place an optional reservation on several days. You don’t have to pay anything yet. If we can’t get to 4 participants, we can also offer the tour but for a slightly higher price so that we still have the minimum amount and you can be sure that the tour will take place. If there are still people who want to join the tour, the price will go down again.

What is an optional reservation?
In case of an optional reservation, we will wait until you or we confirm. We confirm as soon as we have reserved a guide for the tour and the minimum amount of participants has been reached.

What is an open tour?
On an open tour there are also other people joining the tour. This is not a private tour. We like to keep our groups small because we like a cosy and personal atmosphere during our tours. Usually smaller than 10 persons and never more than 15.

Can I also book a private bike tour?
Yes, you can! You can book a private tour from 200 euros for 2 persons. We are happy to adapt tours to your wishes. Be sure to send us an e-mail!

Can we cycle with a large group?
If you are cycling with a large group (company/year club/etc.), please contact us for a quotation and a tailor-made tour. We can also add a game element, a tasting session, deliver bikes etc.

Will the bike tour continue if it rains and can we cancel it?
The bike tour continues when it rains. If the predictions are really bad, we can adjust the bike tour to a walking tour. If you are thinking of cancelling a tour when it rains, please let us know the day before so that we can keep in touch with you. We will try to offer alternatives and don’t charge anything in case of a cancellation.

Can I rent the bike longer on the day of the tour?
If you want to keep the bike after the tour, you can rent it for the rest of the day for 3 euros extra. If you already know in advance that you want this, please indicate this when booking so that we can reserve the bike for you. You will need to sign the deposit (50 euros) and the bike contract with the bike rental company. You will immediately get bike locks so you can continue cycling directly after the tour.

Can we rent the bikes for several days?
Yes you can, mail us for the possibilities. Per day,  it will cost you 7 euros to rent the bike (in combination with a bike tour).

Can we also rent an e-bike?
We are happy to reserve an e-bike for you. The costs are 15 euros for the bike tour or 20 euros for the whole day.

Can we also rent a tandem?
Yes, the bike tour can be done on a tandem. We will need to know this in advance.

Are there alternative means of transportation so that someone who can’t ride a bike can still join the tour?
We have a rickshaw that we rent with a driver. The rickshaw will take the same route as the bike tour. It can accommodate up to 2 people.

We want to cycle with the children, what are the options?
We can reserve children’s bikes, child seats (front or rear) and even a real cargo bike with e-bike or regular bike. Mail us with the age and weight of the children and your wishes.
