Video review Commo fusion, Peruvian restaurant Valencia

I must admit, I discovered Peruvian cuisine about 4 years ago and I have been an absolute freak ever since! I have tried all Peruvian restaurants in Valencia. I’m so addicted to ceviche that if it’s on a restaurant menu, I just have to order it! I even traveled to Madrid to dine especially in the Astrid and Gaston restaurants… I told you, I really am a FREAK 😉

A few years ago, a friend of mine told me not to travel to Madrid to get my share of Causa Limeña, Ceviches and Pisco, but to go to Commo Fusion in Valencia! I went with high expectations and I went back so many times since then. It is the only Peruvian restaurant in Valencia that has not somehow disappointed me. The chef Vanessa is a beautiful Peruvian lady, graduated in Cordon Bleu. During one of my visits on a weekday, it was not that busy and she came to our table to tell something about the food and the multicultural history. Jean, her husband, will make you feel welcome in the restaurant and will certainly give you some recommendations.
Meanwhile I have tried their entire menu (fortunately they change this regularly). I have my own favourites: Tacu-Tacu, Quinotta with truffle, Causa Limeña, Tiraditos salmon and not to forget ceviche! Of course, this is all accompanied by a Pisco-sour or a Pisco Maracuya.
Tip: leave some room for dessert, because they are really delicious!
My favorite ones are the pie de limon and the chocolate coulant!
Enjoy it… I can’t wait for my next visit!
