          1 Annuleringsvoorwaarden<\/b><\/p>\n

          1.1 Het is mogelijk om kosteloos, maximaal 48 uur voor aanvang van onze open groepstours te annuleren. Als de tour al betaald is, wordt het volledige bedrag (excl. administratie en boekingskosten) teruggestort.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          1.2\u00a0 Voor priv\u00e9 tours geldt dat de aanbetaling niet geretourneerd kan worden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          1.3 Voor priv\u00e9 tours geldt dat er tot 7 dagen van tevoren geannuleerd kan worden, de aanbetaling wordt in geen geval gestorneerd.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          1.4 Wil je later annuleren dan kunnen we de gemaakte kosten niet retourneren wel zullen we de mogelijkheid bekijken om de tour te verzetten naar een andere datum.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          1.5 Indien je een groepstour boekt, is het minimaal aantal personen vier. Mocht de groep door een annulering kleiner worden dan vier personen, zal de tour helaas niet doorgaan. Hiervoor is Tours in Valencia niet aansprakelijk.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1.6 Als groep met minder personen komt dan waarvoor reeds betaald is, wordt het bedrag niet in mindering gebracht.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          2.Eigen verantwoordelijkheid<\/b><\/p>\n

          2.1 U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van alle (verkeers-)regels. Boetes<\/span><\/p>\n

          zijn te allen tijde voor eigen rekening.<\/span><\/p>\n

          2.2 Tours in Valencia heeft geen verzekering afgesloten ten behoeve van ongevallen<\/span><\/p>\n

          of diefstal. U dient hiervan op de hoogte te zijn en hier eventueel zelf voor zorg te<\/span><\/p>\n

          dragen. Tours in Valencia is niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan personen of eigendommen die tijdens de tours of activiteiten zijn ontstaan.<\/span><\/p>\n

          2.3 Schade, vermissing of diefstal huurfiets\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          Schade aan de fiets bij terugkomst wordt in rekening gebracht volgens de tarieven van het fietsverhuurbedrijf.<\/span><\/p>\n

          2.4 Tours in Valencia is niet aansprakelijk wanneer een verbintenis niet kan worden nagekomen door overmacht.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Vrijwarring<\/b><\/p>\n

          3.1. U vrijwaart Tours in Valencia voor eventuele aanspraken van derden die schade<\/span><\/p>\n

          lijden door gebruik van de diensten van Tours in Valencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          4.1 voorwaarden Citygames Tours in Valencia\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

          4.1.1 : Het Materiaal<\/span><\/p>\n

          Het materiaal (inclusief toestellen) wordt in goede en werkende staat aan de klant overhandigd bij aanvang van de citygame(s).Eventuele zichtbare gebreken moeten aan Tours in Valencia gerapporteerd worden v\u00f3\u00f3r het begin van de citygame(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

          Andere gebreken aan het materiaal die zich zouden manifesteren tijdens het spel moeten tijdens het spel worden meegedeeld. Schade of gebreken die pas na het be\u00ebindigen van het spel worden gemeld, worden vermoed veroorzaakt te zijn door de Klant. De klant dient zorg te dragen voor het materiaal. De klant verklaart een in de overeenkomst bepaalde aantal toestellen in goede werkende staat te hebben ontvangen.<\/span><\/p>\n

          De toestellen zijn geblokkeerd voor ieder ander gebruik dan datgene noodzakelijk voor de doeleinden van het spel. Het is de klant en diens medespelers verboden om de toestellen aan te wenden voor andere doeleinden dan het spelen van het spel. Bij oneigenlijk gebruik (bijv. telefoneren, mailen, sms\u2019en, chatten,…) of indien de werking van het toestel werd gesaboteerd\/gemanipuleerd, dient de klant een forfaitaire schadevergoeding te betalen van 100,00 EUR, onverminderd het recht van Tours in Valencia om de werkelijke schade te vorderen. Tours in Valencia behoudt zich in voorkomend geval het recht op schadevergoeding voor, zelfs na het inleveren van het materiaal.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          4.1.2\u00a0 Teruggave van het Materiaal<\/span><\/p>\n

          Het materiaal blijft te allen tijde eigendom van Tours in Valencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

          De klant verbindt zich ertoe om het materiaal uiterlijk tegen het afgesproken (eind)tijdstip terug te geven aan de begeleider van Tours in Valencia. Bij teruggave vanaf 30 minuten na het (eind)tijdstip dient de klant een forfaitaire schadevergoeding te betalen van 50,00 EUR per begonnen half uur en per toestel, onverminderd het recht van Tours in Valencia om haar werkelijk geleden schade te vorderen, en onverminderd het recht om strafklacht neer te leggen lastens de klant en diens medespelers, bvb. wegens diefstal of vandalisme.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          4.1.3 Schade\/verlies\/tenietgaan van het Materiaal:<\/span><\/p>\n

          De klant is aansprakelijk voor alle gevallen van schade, verlies en tenietgaan van het Materiaal. Bij schade, verlies of tenietgaan van materiaal is de klant een schadevergoeding verschuldigd gelijk aan de werkelijke aankoopwaarde van het materiaal, op voorleggen van de aankoopfactuur, vermeerderd met 100,00 EUR ten titel van forfaitaire schadevergoeding voor administratiekosten en inkomstenderving. Het waarborg document kan in alle gevallen worden aangewend ter aanmaning van de schadevergoeding.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          4.1.4 Gezondheidstoestand en gedrag van de Klant en diens Medespelers<\/span><\/p>\n

          Het is de Klant en diens Medespelers ten strengste verboden het spel te spelen onder invloed van alcohol, geneesmiddelen, narcotica of bij medische problemen in de ruimste zin van het woord. De gereserveerde Citygames kunnen slechts gespeeld worden door volwassenen of minderjarigen vanaf 16 jaar op voorwaarde dat deze minderjarigen begeleid wordt\/worden door ten minste \u00e9\u00e9n volwassene. Inbreuken op deze regel vallen eveneens buiten de verantwoordelijkheid van Tours in Valencia. Het is de Klant en diens Medespelers verboden om derden in verwarring te brengen of op enigerlei wijze de indruk te geven dat zij behoren tot echte politiediensten of dat zij echte gevangenen zijn. Onder meer maar niet uitsluitend is in dit opzicht verboden: het dragen van realistische politie- en gevangeniskledij, namaakwapens, bivakmutsen, enz… Indien de spelbegeleider van Tours in Valencia overtreding vaststelt van \u00e9\u00e9n of meer van deze verbodsregels, heeft Tours in Valencia het recht om het spel niet te laten doorgaan of vroegtijdig te be\u00ebindigen zonder financi\u00eble compensatie naar de klant toe.<\/span><\/p>\n
